Todd Ellison

Todd Ellison has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Todd began their career in 1979, serving in the United States Air Force as an MSgt E-7. In this role, they supervised a team of 114 maintenance personnel and was responsible for security, safety compliance, quality of work, and task proficiency. Todd also scheduled and monitored work areas within the flight.

After leaving the military in 2001, Todd worked as a Loss Prevention Manager at LOWES HOME IMPROVEMENT. Here, they completed an extensive 4-month training class and dealt with external and internal theft, safety, hazmat, alarm systems, CCTV, and property security. Todd also interacted with the public on a daily basis.

In 2004, Todd joined Floorshow as a Warehouse Manager. Todd managed the furniture warehouse and delivery department, overseeing the receiving of incoming products and ensuring accuracy in manifests. Todd was also responsible for scheduling delivery times and setting up customers' furniture.

From 2005 to 2010, Todd worked at Mystique Casino as a Slot Supervisor. In this role, they supervised the overall operation of the Slot Department on an assigned shift. Todd ensured compliance with regulations, internal controls, and company policies. Todd also managed employee performance, resolved disciplinary or performance issues, settled disputes, and maintained employee morale.

Returning to Area Residential Care in 2010, Todd became a Production Manager. Todd scheduled incoming work, set priorities, controlled inventory levels, and communicated with customers regarding shipping dates. Todd also scheduled shipping according to their needs.

Currently, Todd holds the position of Facilities Operation Director at Area Residential Care, starting in 2021. The details of this role are not provided.
