Todd Ellison has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Todd began their career in 1979, serving in the United States Air Force as an MSgt E-7. In this role, they supervised a team of 114 maintenance personnel and was responsible for security, safety compliance, quality of work, and task proficiency. Todd also scheduled and monitored work areas within the flight.
After leaving the military in 2001, Todd worked as a Loss Prevention Manager at LOWES HOME IMPROVEMENT. Todd also managed employee performance, resolved disciplinary or performance issues, settled disputes, and maintained employee morale.
Returning to Area Residential Care in 2010, Todd became a Production Manager. Todd scheduled incoming work, set priorities, controlled inventory levels, and communicated with customers regarding shipping dates. Todd also scheduled shipping according to their needs.
