Laura Ludeking

Laura Ludeking is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in food service and educational program management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at the Area Substance Abuse Council since September 2025, Laura previously held positions as Food Service Director and Food Service Manager at Aramark from April 2024 to September 2025. Laura's earlier roles include Human Resources Specialist and Human Resources Coordinator at Integrated DNA Technologies from April 2021 to December 2023, where responsibilities included coordinating orientation sessions and guiding new hires through the onboarding process. Additionally, Laura served as National School Lunch Program Director at Trinity Lutheran School from November 2018 to July 2021.
