The Engineering team at area22 is responsible for designing and developing the core AI technologies that enable natural, human-like voice interactions on our platform. This includes creating robust backend systems to integrate with brand data and services, enhancing speech recognition capabilities, and ensuring contextual awareness for seamless user experiences. The team also works on building and optimizing a common access point for all personal assistants, infusing the platform with a relatable personality to foster customer trust.

The Leadership Team at area22 is responsible for guiding the strategic direction of the company, ensuring sustainable growth, and fostering a culture of innovation. This includes setting overarching goals, making critical business decisions, and managing key relationships with stakeholders. The CEO leads the team, setting the vision and overall direction. The CTO drives technological strategy and oversees product development, while the Chief People Officer focuses on talent acquisition, development, and organizational culture. The Chief Financial Officer manages financial planning and risk management, ensuring the company's financial health.
