Ciara McAuley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ciara started their career as an Event Coordinator at Datacare Software Group in 2001. Ciara then moved to Visa in 2002, where they served as an Event Manager for almost five years. In 2007, Ciara joined BlackRock as a Senior Event Manager, a role they held for eight years. Currently, Ciara is the Chief People Officer at area22 since November 2017.
