Ciara McAuley

Ciara McAuley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ciara started their career as an Event Coordinator at Datacare Software Group in 2001. Ciara then moved to Visa in 2002, where they served as an Event Manager for almost five years. In 2007, Ciara joined BlackRock as a Senior Event Manager, a role they held for eight years. Currently, Ciara is the Chief People Officer at area22 since November 2017. Ciara is responsible for setting and overseeing the execution of the company's overall People strategy, as well as every aspect of the employee experience.

Ciara McAuley completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Natural Science from Trinity College Dublin, where they studied from 1994 to 1998.
