Nicole Berty's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Nicole is currently working as a Software Engineer at area22 since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an ICT Learning Centre Drop In Tutor at the University of Limerick from January 2021 to May 2022. In 2020, they were an EMEA Women Techmakers Irish University Scholar at Google from February 2020 to May 2022. From 2018 to 2022, they had multiple roles at Intel Corporation, including being a Scholarship Holder from November 2018 to May 2022 and working as a Software Engineer Intern from June 2021 to August 2021, as well as from June 2020 to January 2021. Additionally, they were a Scholarship Holder at Huawei in November 2021 and at Johnson & Johnson from November 2019 to November 2020.
Nicole Berty began their education in 2012 at Coláiste Chiaráin, where they completed their Leaving Certificate in an undisclosed field of study. In 2018, they enrolled at the University of Limerick and pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Systems, which they completed in 2022.
In addition to their formal education, Nicole obtained several certifications from LinkedIn. In June 2020, they completed Perl 5 Essential Training. In June 2021, they obtained certifications in Git Essential Training: The Basics, Git: Branches, Merges, and Remotes, Learning GitLab, and Learning Kubernetes. Furthermore, Nicole obtained additional certifications in Continuous Delivery with GitLab, Git for Teams, and Learning GitHub Actions in July 2021.
