Tala Fabre

Tala Fabre is an experienced project manager and training specialist with a strong background in the insurance sector. Currently serving as Chef de projets expert at Aréas Assurances since June 2022, Tala coordinates and organizes cross-functional projects while analyzing needs and optimizing processes. Previously, Tala held the position of Responsable formation réseau for a decade, focusing on training needs analysis, team management, and the deployment of digital strategies for a large network. Earlier roles included Chargée de projets formation and B to B training consultant, with a foundation in human resources and political sciences from esteemed institutions such as Université Paris Nanterre and Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers.
