Isabelle Esteulle is a skilled professional specializing in territorial resilience and ecological transition. Currently serving as Chargée de projet Résilience territoriale at AREC Occitanie since February 2023, Isabelle supports local authorities and businesses in implementing ecological and energy policies, including greenhouse gas assessments and climate adaptation strategies.
