Isabelle Esteulle

Isabelle Esteulle is a skilled professional specializing in territorial resilience and ecological transition. Currently serving as Chargée de projet Résilience territoriale at AREC Occitanie since February 2023, Isabelle supports local authorities and businesses in implementing ecological and energy policies, including greenhouse gas assessments and climate adaptation strategies. Previously, as Cheffe du service Ecologie Territoriale et Energie at Sicoval, Isabelle led a seven-member team focused on climate planning, air quality, energy management, and biodiversity initiatives from January 2018 to August 2023. Isabelle has also held positions at SOLEVAL and Sicoval, where project management in renewable energies and citizen engagement were key responsibilities. With a strong foundation in civil engineering, bolstered by specialized master's degrees in Eco-engineering and Geological Engineering, Isabelle brings significant expertise from over two decades of experience in environmental management and engineering fields.
