Lise Lamy

Lise Lamy is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in strategic legal management and contractual negotiations. Currently serving as the Responsable juridique at AREC Occitanie since September 2021, Lise provides legal counsel to decision-making bodies and participates in the agency's restructuring and risk analysis. Previously, Lise held the role of Responsable juridique et sociale at SOLVEO Energies from August 2015 to August 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing legal operations for multiple subsidiaries and managing human resources and social relations. Lise's experience also encompasses various legal roles across organizations such as CITELUM, COFELY INEO - GDF SUEZ, and Aéroports de Paris, with expertise in public-private partnerships, contract law, and corporate governance. Lise holds an MBA in Strategic Management from TBS Education and a Master’s degree in Law from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole.
