Jalini G. began their career as a Medical Laboratory Assistant at Scarborough General Hospital from June 2014 to September 2017. Jalini then worked as a Junior DMPK Scientist at York Bioanalytical Solutions from March 2019 to December 2020. In January 2021, they joined LGC as a Scientist in Small Molecule Bioanalysis, where they developed, optimized, and validated bioanalytical assays for new drugs using LC-MS/MS. Jalini also ensured compliance with GXP regulations and troubleshooted LC-MS/MS. Currently, they work at Arecor Therapeutics plc, first as a Research and Development Scientist from August 2021 to March 2023 and now as an R&D Scientist 2 from March 2023.

Jalini G. pursued their education from 2017 to 2019 at King's College London, where they obtained a degree in Biopharmaceuticals. Jalini'sfield of study during this time was Pharmaceutics and Drug Design. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained the APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) from the Association for Project Management in August 2022.
