Nadine Ghosn Eid has extensive experience in governance, risk, and compliance. Nadine currently serves as a Member of the Advisory Council at The Association of Governance, Risk & Compliance since November 2022.

Prior to that, Nadine held various roles at areeba, starting as a Senior Manager and Head of Compliance from May 2019 to March 2021. In this role, they were responsible for developing compliance policies and procedures, as well as data protection policies. Nadine also served as the Data Protection Officer and provided employee awareness on data protection.

Nadine then became the Director of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs, and Data Protection Officer at areeba from March 2021 onwards. In this position, they continued their responsibilities in compliance and data protection and also developed compliance charters and procedures, engaging with the Board of Directors and various third parties on data processing agreements.

Additionally, Nadine founded BeyondComply in March 2022, adding entrepreneurial experience to their career.

Earlier in their career, they held senior management positions at CSCBANK SAL, where they managed compliance, treasury, and correspondent banking functions. Nadine implemented compliance requirements and developed policies and procedures in accordance with the Central Bank of Lebanon and card organizations.

Nadine started their banking career at Saradar Bank sal as a Private Banker, and later joined Bank Audi as a Treasury Dealer, gaining experience in treasury and capital markets.

Throughout their career, Nadine has demonstrated expertise in compliance, risk management, data protection, and relationship management.

Nadine Ghosn Eid has a diverse education history that spans several institutions and fields of study. Nadine obtained a Master's degree in Money and Banking from the American University of Beirut from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the same institution from 1992 to 1995.

In 2008, Nadine enrolled at The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI), where they completed the Financial Derivatives Module and obtained certificates in Securities and FSA Financial Regulation. Nadine continued their education in 2013 at ESA BUSINESS SCHOOL, focusing on Business Ethics and Lebanese Regulations.

In 2017, Nadine became a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) after studying at ACAMS. Their expertise in this field was further enhanced in 2022 when they completed the EU General Data Protection Regulation Foundation and Practitioner program at The Knowledge Academy.

Nadine's educational journey reflects their commitment to continuously updating their knowledge in the fields of finance, regulation, anti-money laundering, and data protection.
