Shahid Ashraf has extensive experience in account management and business development within the telecommunications and IT services industries. Since September 2009, Shahid has served as Global Account Director at Arelion, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, focusing on global network connectivity solutions for major operators and enterprises. Prior to Arelion, Shahid held the position of Business Development Manager at Capita IT Services, enhancing IT service delivery for diverse public and private sector clients. Between April 1997 and March 2008, Shahid was a Corporate Account Manager at ntl:Telewest Business, where successful management of FTSE 100 clients was achieved through strategic relationship building. Additionally, Shahid has held roles as Acting Area Sales Director and Head of Commercial Sales at ntl Business, overseeing teams and achieving sales targets.
