Jesse Fraire

Jesse Fraire is a Senior Project Coordinator at Arellano Associates, supporting various transportation projects with a focus on planning, environmental studies, and public outreach, particularly for underrepresented communities. Previously, as Membership Outreach Manager for the California Native Vote Project, Jesse led statewide outreach strategies and managed significant campaigns addressing voting rights and health awareness. Earlier roles include Outreach Coordinator at the Indian Health Center of Santa Clara Valley, Family Advocate at Scotts Valley Tribal TANF, and various positions at UC Berkeley focusing on academic support and cultural activities for Native American students. Jesse holds an M.A. in Urban Planning from the University of Southern California and a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Native American Studies from UC Berkeley.
