Jill Finlayson

Director of the University of California’s Women in Technology Initiative and a lifelong advocate for women in the technology sector and equitable workplaces. As someone who worked at eBay in its early days, mentored global technology startups and TechWomen, and now runs the Women in Tech Initiative, she utilizes her technical background in conjunction with her ethical perspective to break down barriers to the equal participation, persistence and advancement by women and others with under-included identities in the technology sector.
