Vic Buzachero is currently President of G3 Cultures, a Talent Management consultancy, and CHRO Emeritus of Scripps Health in San Diego. He has more than 40 years of health care experience and is an author, Director of various corporations, and frequent speaker on topics of Succession Planning, Great Workplaces, ROI in Healthcare, Executive Compensation, and Labor Relations.
During his 15+ years at Scripps Health, they were recognized by AARP and Working Mother Magazine as a top employer as well as being named to Fortune Magazine’s “100 Best Companies to Work For”. Additionally, Scripps was recognized by the National Association of Female Executives as a Top Employer, Top Employer by Diversity MBA, and a Top Latino Employer.
Previous to Scripps, Vic held progressively senior leadership roles at Providence Health System, Banner Health System, Presbyterian Health System (Texas Health Resources), and Baptist Health System. Over his career, he led new programs for leadership development, service excellence, and improved employee engagement. Franklin/Covey recognized his efforts at organizational development and effectiveness with a 1999 “Organization of Excellence” award.
