Daniel Gray

Associate PRO Chair, Protein Therapeutics at Arena BioWorks

Daniel Gray is a seasoned professional in the field of protein therapeutics and genomic discovery, currently serving as Director of Protein Therapeutics at Arena BioWorks since March 2024. Prior experience includes a role as VP Platform at Totus Medicines and Senior Program Director at Ginkgo Bioworks, Inc., where significant contributions were made following the acquisition of Warp Drive Bio's Genome Mining Platform. At Warp Drive Bio, Daniel held multiple positions, culminating in Senior Director of Genomic Discovery and Engineering, and began a career at Genentech as a Research Associate. Daniel holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry and Chemical Biology from the University of California, San Francisco, and a BA in Biology from Lafayette College.
