Dave Morgan is an experienced chef with a diverse background in culinary roles across various companies. Currently, Dave has been working at Compass Group/Jockey Club since May 2019 and at Arena Racing Company since January 2009, focusing on catering for race days. Previous experience includes working on military contracts through KSB Recruitment Consultants Limited from January 2005 to January 2025, providing services for NAAFI, and serving as a relief chef at Adkins & Cheurfi Recruitment from November 2016 to May 2019.
