David Ross has extensive experience in corporate governance, currently serving as an Independent Non Executive Director at Charter Hall since December 2016, where David is a member and former Chair of the Remuneration and Human Resources Committee and is also involved in the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee and the Investment Committee. Additionally, David has been the Independent Non Executive Director and Board Chairman at Arena REIT since October 2012, chairing the Nominations Committee and participating in both the Audit Committee and the Culture and Remuneration Committee. David holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting and Finance from The University of Western Australia and an Associate Diploma in Property Valuation from Curtin University.
