Justin Bailey

Justin Bailey serves as the Chief Investment Officer at Arena REIT since February 2024. Previously, Justin held the position of Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of the PPP & Projects Group at John Laing from March 2011 to January 2024. Additional experience includes serving as Director of the Infrastructure & Projects Group at KPMG, Project Director at Lend Lease, Marketer (Director) at Babcock & Brown, Associate Director at ABN AMRO, and Senior Executive at KPMG. Early in the career, Justin worked as an Investment Analyst at NSP Buck (Mellon) and as an Accountant at Goldman Sachs. Educational qualifications include a Diploma of Education in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Finance from the University of Melbourne.
