Patrick Grumley

Patrick Grumley serves as Co-Founder and COO of Arena Renewables since July 2023. Prior to this role, Patrick held multiple positions at Mint House, including Advisor, Chief Operating Officer, and Head of Operations from November 2019 to January 2024. Patrick also served as SVP of Strategy & Operations at Bridgeton Holdings from August 2018 to November 2019. Experience at Bain & Company includes roles as Consultant and Summer Associate between 2016 and 2018. Patrick's military background includes serving in the US Navy from September 2010 to August 2015 as Naval Liaison to I Marine Expeditionary Force and Strike Officer. Patrick holds an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and has an undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota.
