Alan Pendleton has worked in the logistics and supply chain industry since 1995. Alan began their career at Reichhold, Inc. as a Logistics Manager. In 2005, they joined Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications as a Logistics Manager and Global Contracts Manager. In 2010, they moved to Avaya as a Supply Chain Logistics Manager and Supply Chain Strategy Manager. In 2012, they were promoted to Vice President of Supply Chain and Customer Experience at Republic Wireless. In 2020, they became CEO and Co-Founder of ArenaCX, a marketplace platform that helps companies of all sizes find, manage, and optimize their business outsourcing partnerships. Alan also serves as President and Co-Founder and VP of Product and Strategy.
Alan Pendleton has a varied educational background. Alan obtained their B.A. in Literature from Campbell University in 1993. In 2007, they completed an Executive Education, Leadership Development Program at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. In 2008-2010, they attended Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, where they earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2009, they also completed Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training at North Carolina State University. Additionally, Alan Pendleton has obtained a number of certifications, including a Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Education Certification from APICS in 2016, a Risk Management Education Certificate from APICS in 2015, and a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS in 2013.
