Terry M.

Terry M. has over 10 years of experience in the corporate world. In 2010, they began their career at BP as a PSCM Specialist - Deepwater Horizon Incident Response Team. The following year, they moved to a Category Analyst - Global Rigs Team role. In 2013, they joined Republic Wireless as a Director of Operations Planning & Data Services, and then moved to a Director of Operations Strategy role. Terry also served as a Supply Chain Manager and Senior Business Analyst at Republic Wireless, where they managed the fraud management program and developed and implemented the S&OP pilot program. In 2019, they joined Surprise.com as a Vice President of Customer Experience. Currently, they are the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Product and Experience at ArenaCX.

Terry M. has an MBA from North Carolina State University - College of Management, where they studied Supply Chain Management and Financial Management. Terry also holds a BA from the University of North Carolina Asheville, where they studied Pure Mathematics and Economics. Additionally, they obtained a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification from APICS in May 2015.
