Ronny Guttormsen

Ronny Guttormsen has a diverse work experience. Ronny started their career in 1999 with the Norwegian Armed Forces, where they served their compulsory military service until 2000. In 2006, they joined Cameron, a Schlumberger company, and held various roles including Senior Software Engineer, Senior Product Discipline Engineer, and Product Engineer. Ronny'sresponsibilities in these roles included electro and instrumentation control systems for hydraulic and motion compensating equipment, BOP handling equipment, and drilling and rotating equipment. Ronny worked at Cameron until 2021. Currently, Ronny Guttormsen serves as the Chief Engineer at Arendal kommune.

Ronny Guttormsen completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from the University of Agder (UiA) during the period of 2002 to 2006. Prior to this, they attended the University of Agder in 2001 to pursue a Preliminary Course for Engineers. In 1998 to 1999, they obtained an Advanced Craft Certificate in VK 2 - Service Electronics from Arendal Maritime Videregående skole. Before that, in 1997 to 1998, they studied VK 1 - Electronics at the same institution. In 1996 to 1997, Ronny attended Sørlandets Tekniske Fagskole for GK - Electro, but no degree information is provided for this period.
