In 2003, they joined Meridian Global Services as a Client Service Manager, where they stayed until 2010. In 2015, they worked as a member of the B2B Business Team at Apple. From 2017 to 2020, Jacobus worked as a Manager of Partnerships at American Express. Currently, they are the Chief Sales Officer at The AREOPA Group, a leading-edge company in Intellectual Capital Management and Accounting. Prior to their current role, Jacobus founded and led 360° BizDevelopment e.K., a business development consultancy focused on optimizing B2B sales processes.
Jacobus Onneken completed their education at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) from an unknown start year to 2014, where they obtained a degree in Business Coaching. In 2013, they attended Voss+Partner in Hamburg and earned a certification as a Certified DiSC® Trainer in DiSC communication from Inscape / Wiley. Prior to that, from 1993 to 1996, they studied Industrial Business Management and obtained a degree from VDO Automotive as an Industriekaufmann (IHK). In addition to their education, Jacobus Onneken obtained further certifications such as the American Express & Harvard Certificate in Leadership Excellence from Harvard Business Publishing in February 2018, a Business Coach (IHK) certification from IHK Würzburg-Schweinfurt in June 2014, and a Certified DiSC® Trainer certification from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand in July 2013.
