Simon Bergounioux

Simon Bergounioux currently serves as Directeur délégué for Gares régionales & bâtiments industriels at AREP since September 2009, overseeing six regional units, managing a team of 75 employees, and achieving an annual revenue exceeding €9 million. In addition to this role, Simon holds the position of Architecte référent for the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region with SNCF Gares & Connexions, responsible for architectural design and team coordination. Previous experience includes managing urban renewal projects at the Ministère de l'Équipement and DDE de l'Essonne. Simon's academic credentials include degrees in Architecture from École d'architecture de la ville & des territoires Paris-Est and engineering from École des Ponts ParisTech and École Polytechnique.
