Andrea Guerrini

Andrea Guerrini is currently working as a Componente del Collegio at ARERA and as President at WAREG. They are also a Membro del Bureau of the Network of Economic Regulators presso OCSE at OECD. Previously, they served as Presidente del Consiglio di Gestione at ASA Azienda Servizi Ambientali and as a Co-Founder at WaMaTeRC. They have been an Associate Professor and Researcher at Università degli Studi di Verona since October 2008. Their expertise lies in business studies related to performance management, economic-financial planning, sector benchmarking, internal benchmarking on water treatment and purification plants, defining tariff methods, economic regulation for water service authorities, and project financing.
