Holli Moss has extensive work experience in the field of contracts and pricing, program management, and proposal development. Holli started their career at the US Air Force as a Logistics/Inventory Manager in 1999 and later became an Aquisition Program Manager. In 2007, they joined ARES Corporation as a Program Manager and Earned Value Consultant. Holli also held roles as a Cost Volume Manager and Proposal Center Director. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Contracts and Pricing at ARES Corporation.

Holli Moss, EVP, PMP has a strong education background with a focus on Systems Engineering, Human Resources, and Economics. Holli holds a Master of Science degree in Systems Engineering from The George Washington University. In addition, they earned a Master of Science degree in Human Resources from Utah State University - Jon M. Huntsman School of Business. Holli also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Weber State University.

Furthermore, Holli has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional qualifications.
