Nikita Ponomarev has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries.

Starting in 2000, Ponomarev worked as a web-designer for smarten until 2002. They then moved on to skyDense, where they served as Technical Lead from 2005 to 2010.

Afterwards, Ponomarev joined InteractiveBoutique as a Project Manager from 2010 to 2012.

From 2013 to 2016, Ponomarev worked at Universal Weather and Aviation as a Senior Front-End Developer, where they generated new ideas, redesigned various aspects, and created mockups and mobile designs for applications.

Currently, Ponomarev is a Senior Full-Stack Developer at ARES Corporation, a NASA subcontractor at the Johnson Space Center. In this role, they collaborate with the development team, solving problems from different departments and improving internal applications and tools for scientists, engineers, developers, and astronauts. Their goals include enhancing current applications and developing new ones to streamline workflows and make the work experience more efficient and enjoyable.

Nikita Ponomarev's education history began in 1992 when they attended School #629 in Krasnodar. Nikita pursued Mathematics and Computer Science during their studies, completing their degree in 2003. Following this, Nikita went on to further their education by enrolling in an engineering program from 2003 to 2008. During this period, they studied English, Programming, Physics, Mathematics, and Economics. In terms of additional certifications, in January 2020, Nikita obtained multiple certifications from Microsoft, including "Exam 761: Querying Data with Transact-SQL," "Exam 762: Developing SQL Databases," and "MCSA: SQL 2016 Database Development - Certified 2020."
