Danay Diaz

Danay Diaz is an experienced recruiting and human resources professional with a solid background in campus recruitment and human resources operations. Currently serving as an Associate Campus Recruiter at Ares Management Corporation since September 2022, Danay previously held the position of Campus Recruiting Specialist at Deloitte, where support was provided for the Audit, Tax, and Advisory business and led campus recruitment efforts at the University of Southern California and Loyola Marymount University. Danay’s earlier experience includes a role as a Human Resources Analyst at Barclays Investment Bank, where Danay participated in various recruitment and HR operations initiatives and contributed to the Latino Professionals Forum as the Philanthropy Chair. Danay’s career began at Mitchell Martin Inc. as an HR Coordinator and Intern, focusing on benefits, onboarding, and staffing projects.
