Deepika Devarajan

Deepika Devarajan currently serves as Associate Vice President, Senior Recruiter (Non-Investments) at Ares Management Corporation since July 2024. Prior to this role, Deepika was Associate Director at Northbound Executive Search from June 2023 to July 2024, focusing on placements in alternative investment firms across major U.S. cities. Deepika's experience also includes serving as Business Manager for Finance & Accounting at Hays from February 2023 to June 2023, and leading the Banking & Financial Services division at Hays Singapore from October 2016 to October 2022, with a specialization in Corporate & Investment Banking. Earlier career milestones include research roles at the Institute of South Asian Studies and the National University of Singapore. Deepika holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences with Honours in Political Science from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor's degree in Politics from The University of Manchester.
