Emily Isler is a seasoned professional in talent development and management, currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Talent Development at Ares Management Corporation since July 2021. Prior experience includes Chief of Staff at Black Creek Group and Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, where Emily excelled in creating tailored learning solutions, facilitating training for executives, and leading teams in innovative leadership programs. Previously, as VP of Learning and Development at BNP Paribas, Emily designed comprehensive training curriculums and initiated the first campus recruiting program in North America. Early career experience as a recruiter at Bank of America focused on enhancing diverse recruitment strategies at target schools. Emily holds a degree in Sociology and Political Science from Keene State College.
