Joe Lopez

Joe Lopez, CPM, LEED GA, currently serves as Managing Director of Industrial Property Operations (US) at Ares Management Corporation since October 2024. Previously, Joe held the position of Senior Vice President of Property Operations at Link Logistics Real Estate from January 2021 to February 2024, overseeing property management, construction, and national operations for a significant portfolio. From March 2017 to December 2020, Joe was Senior Vice President Operations at SITE Centers, managing property operations and corporate responsibility initiatives for a national shopping center portfolio. Joe's experience also includes a tenure at Equity One, Inc. as SVP of Property Management/Director of Environmental Impact, and earlier roles, including Sr. Property Manager at Colorado & Santa Fe Real Estate, where Joe managed a diverse portfolio of properties in Colorado.
