Jonathan Isser

Jonathan Isser is a seasoned professional in real estate development, currently serving as Vice President of US Real Estate Development at Ares Management Corporation since January 2023. Previously, Jonathan held the position of Assistant Vice President at Black Creek Group from April 2021 until its acquisition by Ares Management. Prior experience includes Associate Director of Real Estate Development at Hidrock Properties, overseeing project management teams and guiding acquisition evaluations for various development projects. Jonathan's career also includes roles at Harvey | Harvey-Cleary Builders, Deloitte, and the Maryland State Highway Administration. Academically, Jonathan earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Maryland and completed courses in Real Estate Investment and Financial Analysis at New York University.
