Philippe Hendriks is a senior real estate professional with extensive experience in the logistics real estate sector. They began their career as a trainee at Schiphol Telematics and completed an internship in real estate development at Schiphol Real Estate. Philippe further developed their expertise at CB Richard Ellis and SADC N.V. before serving as Director of Industrial & Logistics Advisory & Transaction Services at CBRE from 2013 to 2018. They currently hold the position of Managing Director for the Netherlands and Belgium at Ares Management Limited.
