Roma Desai

Roma Desai is an accomplished individual currently serving as an Incoming Summer 2025 Analyst at Ares Management Corporation, with a start date in March 2024. Previously, Roma held the position of President at Redefine Her Street from January 2024 to January 2025 and was an OIP Scholar with Girls Who Invest from January 2024 to September 2024, gaining valuable experience through the CFA Investment Foundations Program, Wall Street Prep Program, and Wharton Online Program. Additionally, Roma completed a Summer Analyst role at Cat Rock Capital Management LP in June and July 2024. Roma is pursuing a degree at Washington University in St. Louis, expected to graduate in 2026, and completed secondary education at Greenwich Academy between September 2018 and May 2022.
