Scott McConnell

Scott McConnell, CFA, is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in investor relations and risk management. Currently serving as a Relationship Manager in Consultant Relations and within the Tradable Credit Group at Ares Management since August 2007, McConnell has developed expertise in managing client relationships and credit investments. Prior to this role, McConnell worked at Indymac Bank as a Manager in the Centralized Interest Rate Risk Group from March 2005 to August 2007, and served as a Senior Associate at KPMG from October 2002 to March 2005. McConnell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Information Systems from Loyola Marymount University, where studies took place from 1998 to 2002.
