Schyler Goodwin has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Schyler is currently working as the Managing Principal at Fraxional CXO Services since January 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Fractional COO & CFO at Ares Sportswear starting from November 2022. Schyler also served as the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at Ares Sportswear from February 2022 to November 2022. Before joining Ares Sportswear, Schyler was a Lecturer at The Ohio State University College of Engineering, teaching a course on operational excellence in the Masters of Engineering Management Program Capstone.

In the past, Schyler Goodwin worked as a Fractional General Counsel at Solve4X, LLC since December 1998. Schyler also served as the VP Compliance and General Counsel at SmileMD Inc. and OFFOR HEALTH, INC. from August 2018 to March 2021. Prior to that, they held the role of Practice Administrator at ReVision LASIK and Cataract Surgery from January 2017 to August 2018. Additionally, Schyler served as the Director/VP of Operational Excellence at BankWest of Kansas from September 2015 to December 2016.

In the technology sector, Schyler worked at TechColumbus as an Advisor in the Advisor Network, helping early-stage companies with sales, operations, product development, and funding from January 2015 to September 2015. Schyler also served as the Director of Investment Funds at TechColumbus from July 2012 to December 2014. Prior to their work at TechColumbus, Schyler held the role of VP of Operations, Controller, and General Counsel at idegy, inc. from February 2011 to February 2012. In this role, they managed various departments and developed software solutions for efficient operations.

Schyler Goodwin, Esq., MBOE, LSSBB has a diverse education history. In 1997, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance/Economics from Southern Methodist University. Following this, from 2003 to 2006, they attended Washburn University School of Law and obtained their Juris Doctor (JD) degree, specializing in Transactional Law.

Later on, in 2012-2013, Goodwin pursued a Masters of Business Operational Excellence at The Ohio State University - The Max M. Fisher College of Business.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Schyler Goodwin also holds various certifications. Schyler became an Attorney at Law in the State of Kansas in 2006 and achieved the Attorney at Law - Corporate Status in the State of Ohio in 2010. Furthermore, in 2013, they obtained the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from MoreSteam.com LLC.
