Arlen Chase is an experienced engineer with a diverse background in technical support and engineering roles. Currently serving as an Engineer and Client Success Manager at Arete since July 2021, Arlen leads onsite teams and focuses on client satisfaction while actively enhancing skills in the field. Previous experience includes a role as a Comp. Spt. Specialist 3 at MKS2, LLC, where Arlen implemented security remediations for the VA and provided regional technical leadership. Earlier positions include various data center service roles and help desk responsibilities across multiple organizations, such as Infocrossing and HSBC Bank North America, showcasing a strong capability in troubleshooting, system monitoring, and incident management. Arlen holds a high school diploma with a focus on Business and Liberal Arts from Des Moines Area Community College.
