Ben Druce is currently the Director of Industrial Design and Human Factors Engineering at Arete Biosciences, LLC. Previously, Ben held leadership roles at Carbon Health and Planet Innovation, focusing on product management and strategic design. With a background in industrial design, Ben has a Bachelor of Design (Bdes) with honors from Massey University. Throughout their career, Ben has been dedicated to creating innovative and user-focused design solutions for various companies.
