Jeffrey Decker

Jeffrey Decker is an accomplished professional in the fields of planning, design, and construction, currently serving as the Vice President of Planning, Design, and Construction at Areté Collective. With a deep background in architecture and development, Decker has previously held positions as Vice President of Architecture and Development at Discovery Land Company and served as the Strategy Lead for the Commercial Sector in the MENA Region at AECOM. Additionally, Decker has experience as the Executive Director for the Developer Sector in the EMEA region at RW Armstrong and as the Lead Director of the Design Management Division at TDIC. Decker holds a Certificate in Executive Education from Harvard University Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor of Science in Design, Architecture from Arizona State University.
