Kevin Colón

Kevin Colón, MBA, serves as the Director of Operations and Quality Management at Arete Consulting LLC since October 2022, leading business operations and ISO 9001:2015 quality initiatives to enhance efficiencies and develop sustainable systems. Previous roles include Senior Consultant, managing multiple projects for various client groups, and Head of Quality Management, leading the firm’s first ISO certification. With experience as a Real Estate Agent at Network Realty Group and in roles at DigiDoc, Bloomberg Industry Group, Datawatch Systems, and A|X Armani Exchange, Kevin has a diverse background in consulting, business development, and retail management. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from William & Mary, a Master's degree in Language Acquisition from Universidad del País Vasco, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Kentucky.
