Sarah Silva is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the senior living and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as President of Arete Living since September 2022, Sarah previously held key leadership roles at Avamere Family of Companies, where Sarah worked as Division President of Community Based Care and Regional Director of Operations from April 2018 to September 2022. Prior to that, Sarah was the Regional Director of Operations at The Springs Living, LLC, and contributed significantly to memory care programming at Avamere Family of Companies while also serving as Executive Director at Avamere at Bethany. Additional experience includes roles as Executive Director at Signature Hospice, Home Health and Home Care, and Administrator at Sunwest Management, showcasing a strong commitment to community outreach and leadership development throughout Sarah's career.
