Ashton Keith

Ashton Keith has had extensive work experience in recruitment and staffing. From 2007 to 2014, Ashton worked as a Recruitment Manager at Global Staffing, where they coordinated career fairs, partnered with hiring managers, managed onboarding processes, implemented recruitment systems, and designed leadership training. Since 2017, Ashton has been working at Arete Technologies, Inc. In this role, Ashton initially served as a Recruitment Manager, where they developed KPIs, mentored a team of recruiters, and improved candidate sourcing. Ashton later advanced to the position of Director of Recruitment, which is their current role.

Ashton Keith earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Darla Moore School of Business. This educational achievement occurred between the years 2015 and 2017.
