Before joining Johnson & Johnson, Mark worked at Bristol Myers Squibb as the Worldwide Vice-President, Immunology. In this role, they developed global commercialization plans for biotech drugs, contributed to sustainable growth initiatives, and established competitive advantage. Mark also served as the President, Consumer Medicines at Bristol Myers Squibb, managing the P&L for a consumer medicines business across North America and Japan.
Mark began their career at Johnson & Johnson as a Product Director, working on notable brands such as Tylenol and Pepcid.
