Sanjeev V.

Sanjeev V. has a diverse work experience in various leadership positions and roles. Sanjeev co-founded Aretove Inc. in 2011 and served as the CEO. In 2012, they co-founded Novaquad Inc. and held the role of Co-Founder until 2018.

Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Sanjeev worked at Synechron, starting in 2001. During their time at Synechron, they held multiple positions, including Managing Director, Director, and Project Manager. As Managing Director, they built relationships with Fortune 500 firms, established global operations, and provided strategic leadership. As Director, they managed client relationships, provided technology leadership, and enabled product transformation. As Project Manager, they built and mentored technology project teams and managed programs and projects.

Before joining Synechron, Sanjeev worked at Clover Infotech as a Specialist, at eGain Communications as a Team Lead, and at Tech Mahindra as a Software Engineer.

Sanjeev V. graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur in 1997 with a Bachelor of Technology degree. Apart from their bachelor's degree, they also obtained additional certifications such as an Executive Leadership Certificate from Cornell University in 2011 and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2007.
