Anne has served as a Management Consultant at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency from January 2020 to June 2024, providing program support across multiple divisions and collaborating with various stakeholders. Prior to this role, Anne held positions such as Strategic Communications Lead at the United States Department of the Navy, Team Lead at CISA, and Principal of Strategic Communications at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Anne's earlier career includes significant roles in the United States Department of the Army, where strategic communications initiatives were developed for both operational and environmental programs. Anne holds a Master of International Affairs from Columbia | SIPA and a Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
