Previously, Jett held multiple positions at Onward Energy, including Director and Manager of Renewable Operations for Solar, from November 2021 to May 2025. Prior roles include Area Manager for Power Plant Operations and Maintenance at NovaSource Power Services, and Manager of Power Plant Operations and Maintenance at First Solar. Jett's career began in the United States Air Force, overseeing personnel and training programs, and further included significant technical roles in wind turbine maintenance.
