Jorge Bedran

Jorge Bedran has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2011 when they were a Partner at Fox Incorporaçoes. In 2016, they completed an apprenticeship at MDC Software, where they worked on business and financial strategy and solutions. In 2017, they co-founded two companies, Houzz-Up LLC and Tutti di Frutti, a vegan ice cream start-up. In 2019, they were a Machine Learning Researcher at Ibmec, where they used machine learning models to improve market analysis and prediction. In 2020, they were a Full Stack Engineer and Machine Learning Engineer at Witseed, where they developed an innovative NLP algorithm. In 2021, they joined DaoPay as a Senior Software Engineer Project Lead, where they designed architecture for new projects and implemented anti-fraud AI on all applications. Finally, in 2022, they joined AREX Markets as a Senior Data Scientist and Machine Learning Engineer.

Jorge Bedran has an educational history spanning from high school to post-graduate studies. Jorge attended St. Francis College and St. Pauls for their high school diploma, followed by a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Ibmec. Jorge then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science - BS in Economics from Ibmec, and recently completed a Machine Learning Engineer program from Udacity. Jorge also obtained an Intel® Edge IoT AI Scholarship OpenVINO certification from Udacity in 2020. Lastly, they have a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Art/Culinary Science from Alain Ducasse Education.
