Maurício Bastos Turquenitch has extensive work experience in various roles within different companies. Maurício began their career at desejomania in 2010 as a Product Manager. Maurício then joined Grupo RBS in 2011, where they served as a Marketing Manager at F*Hits Shops and also worked as a Product Manager. In 2012, Turquenitch joined Arezzo&Co as an E-Commerce Manager, responsible for managing online sales. Maurício later became the Strategy & Innovation Director and eventually the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at the company.

Maurício Bastos Turquenitch earned a Bachelor of Communication (Advertising) degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul between 2005 and 2008.
