Kazım Rıfat Özyılmaz is a highly experienced individual who has worked in various roles within the technology and FinTech industry. Currently, Kazım Rıfat is the Co-Founder of Arf, a global settlement banking platform, as well as the Co-Founder of XYZ Teknoloji, a blockchain-focused FinTech/RegTech company.
