Eric Hylkema has extensive experience in sales and coaching within the hospitality and animal adoption sectors. Currently serving as the Adoption Staff Coach at Joybound People & Pets since October 2018, Eric previously held the role of Account Director, Group at The Westin St. Francis San Francisco from January 2015 to March 2018, focusing on developing new group business across various segments. Prior to that, Eric accumulated over 25 years of experience at Westin South Coast Plaza, progressing through multiple sales roles to the position of Account Director, Group. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University-Long Beach.
